Damages and Issues

You should inspect and closely examine the shipped product when received and contact our support immediately if the product is defective, damaged, or wrongly shipped, or if there is any other issue. Our team is always ready to evaluate the issue and make it right to keep our customers satisfied.

The product will not be returned or exchanged if the damages, or issues are reported after the usage of the product or if the timeframe exceeds 7 days of delivery. If the product is to be exchanged then the customers must return the original product to us and bear the cost themselves.

Sale items and items bought through Gift Cards are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refund.
