At Breeze Fans, we stand behind the quality of our products and want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ceiling fan purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. View Return Policy

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the product to ensure it is in new condition and in its original packaging. If approved, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your ceiling fan for a different model, please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any price difference between the two products. If your ceiling fan arrives damaged or defective, please contact us once you recieve the delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the product and issue a full refund or replacement, including the cost of return shipping.

Warranty

Our ceiling fans come with a limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your product for details on coverage and limitations.
