BREEZE FANS – WARRANTY & GUARANTEE POLICY

1. Warranty Coverage

1.1. Ceiling and Pedestal Fans

The motor of all Breeze Ceiling Fans and Pedestal Fans is covered under a 5-year warranty from the date of purchase.

1.2. Plastic Fans

This category includes Bracket Fans, Exhaust Fans, and False Ceiling Fans. The motors of all such plastic fan units are covered under a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase.

1.3. AC/DC – Inverter Fan Motors

All AC/DC & Inverter fan motors are backed by a 5-year guarantee from the date of purchase.

For models under the Breeze SMART, AC/DC and Designer Inverter Series, the PCB kits are also guaranteed for a period of 3 years, applicable only for purchases made after March 1, 2025.

1.4. General Spare Parts

All other components, including Remote, Capacitor, Gear Box, are covered under a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

2.1. Plastic Body Parts are not covered under any warranty.

2.2. The warranty is only valid for motor failure due to manufacturing defects. In such events, only the motor or the defective internal components will be replaced.

2.3. The warranty is null and void under the following conditions:

• Damage caused by voltage fluctuations.
• Improper connection or installation.
• Water seepage into the motor or electronic components.
• Usage of defective or over-range capacitors. (3uf or above for Ceiling fans)
• Wear and tear due to normal usage.
• Fault or damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, unauthorized repair attempts, or customer negligence.

2.4. Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Breeze Fan products are not the responsibility of Breeze Fans Concern.

3. Conditions for Warranty Validity

3.1. The warranty is only valid if the product is purchased from an authorized Breeze Fans dealer. The end-user is responsible for verifying dealer authenticity via a Dealer Certificate.

3.2. In the absence of an original proof of purchase, the manufacturing date stamped on the product will be considered as the effective date for the warranty period.

3.3. Warranty is valid only within Pakistan.

3.4. The warranty card is non-transferable and will not be reissued in case of loss.

3.5. Warranty-related services must be provided exclusively by an authorized Breeze service center or contract workshop. Unauthorized repair or service shall void the warranty.

3.6. Parts and labor charges may be applicable even during the warranty period under certain circumstances.

4. PCB Warranty Terms

4.1 AC/DC Inverter Fans

• Warranty Duration: 3 years.
• Eligible PCB Models:
  • 03A4/URR
  • 04A4/UR2P

4.2 AC Inverter Fans (BreezeSmart and Designer Series)

• Warranty Duration: 3 years.
• Eligible PCB Models:
  • 01A4/UR24

5. Non-Acceptable PCB Warranty Claims

The following do not qualify for warranty replacement:

• Failure due to dust accumulation or high humidity.
• Burst components on PCB, including capacitors.
• Any physically damaged PCBs or those with visible damaged components.
• Market-repaired PCBs.
• Safety components such as fuses, NTC, and MOVs (which fail due to abnormal power input).
• Burst capacitors in DC-supplied ACDC PCBs (caused by sustained overvoltage from DC input).

6. Additional Warranty Limitations

6.1. The warranty is restricted to household/domestic usage only.

6.2. The serial number must be intact and unaltered. Tampering voids the warranty.

6.3. Any installation or usage not in accordance with manufacturer instructions disqualifies the claim.

6.4. Damages caused by:

• Generators, UPS, or abnormal power supply
• Fire, lightning, electrical surges
• Environmental hazards, including excessive heat, dust, or corrosive environments are not covered.

6.5. Warranty does not cover cosmetic parts, such as housing, joints, or exterior panels, nor any signs of aging or superficial damage.

6.6. Warranty is void if non-genuine Breeze parts are used or the fan is operated with unauthorized accessories.

6.7. Breeze Fans' responsibility is limited to repair and/or replacement only, and shall not be liable for any resulting damages or losses.

6.8. Breeze reserves the right to:

• Impose additional charges for service in hazardous or inaccessible areas.
• Reject claims that violate any of the above terms.

7. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

7.1. All disputes or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujranwala, Pakistan.

7.2. This warranty is governed under the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
