All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

We ship to Lahore, Pakistan Only. Please note that we do not ship to any city other than Lahore at the moment.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to your order's acceptance and approval.

Standard Shipping: 4-5 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs processing times.

4. Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by you, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
